Welcome to Q-bit 2.0 (“Q-bit,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the website at blockchain-trade-hub-1.emergent.host (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. What the Service is
Q-bit provides AI-generated trading signals on Bitcoin. Signals are informational only. They are not personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or solicitations to buy or sell any security or derivative. We do not custody your funds. We do not execute trades on your behalf unless you have explicitly connected your own broker API keys to the “Auto-Trade Pro” tier and authorized auto-execution.
2. Account & eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
- You must provide accurate signup information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are solely responsible for activity on your account, including any trades placed using signals from this Service.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the rate shown on the pricing page ($29.99/mo for Signals Pro; $159.99/mo for Auto-Trade Pro at time of writing).
- Your subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel.
- You may cancel anytime by emailing fabricationsbyfoster@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains active until that period expires.
- Refunds: due to the real-time nature of the data, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge was unauthorized or duplicated, email us within 7 days and we’ll investigate.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days’ notice.
4. No financial advice
NOTHING ON THIS SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading advisor. You should consult a licensed professional before trading. See our Risk Disclosure for the full risk statement — you must read and accept it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, redistribute, or resell our signals or any portion of the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
- Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Intellectual property
The Q-bit 2.0 engine, the Service software, our branding, and all signal content are our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use during your active subscription. No other rights are granted.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, or timely, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing us to request account deletion.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date and, for active subscribers, communicated by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
